Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Due to the nature of vaping products, opened or used items cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.
2. Return Window
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. After this period, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used vaping products.
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Gift cards and promotional items.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us with your order details.
6. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
